Waterproofing Membrane incorporates a 2" overlap guide on one side of the sheet for waterproofing. The 2" flood coated lap allows an adhesive-to-adhesive cohesive bond between subsequent sheets of membrane. Once the cohesive bond occurs, it turns into a monolithic or single-ply membrane across the entire surface being waterproofed.
• 2” double stick lap joint creates a water tight seal
• Protects against reflective cracking and delamination
• Provides up to 3/8” crack isolation protection
• Suitable for interior and exterior use
• Resists MVT up to 10#/1000 SF/24hrs when used with NAC TAC or NS97 primer and 7#/1000 SF/24hrs when used with
NAC TAC II
• Safely covers asbestos flooring and provides an effective barrier against radon and mold
• Eliminates need to cut tile to meet control/cold joints
• No need to remove old floors or recess new ones
• Tile can be installed the same day as membrane
• Serves as a waterproof/vapor barrier
• Works with radiant-heated floors and tile warming systems
• SUITABLE SUBSTRATES: Exterior grade plywood, concrete,
mortar beds, cement backer board, cement terrazzo, ceramic
tile, dimensional stone and concrete masonry.
• Fabric top coating:
~Makes an excellent bonding surface for latex modified thin-set mortars
~Allows for immediate installation of tile or stone NO CURE TIME!
